Reach the campus…change the world.
Charles Malik did research on Christianity and the college campus and had this to say… “The university is a clear-cut fulcrum with which to move the world. The problem here is for the church to realize that no greater service can it render both itself and the cause of Christ on whom they were originally founded. One of the best ways of treating the macrocosm is through the handle of the universities in which millions of youth destined to positions of leadership spend, in rigorous training, between four and ten years of the most formative period of their life. More potently than by any other means, change the university and you change the world.“
- Intl. Students
There were 974,926 international students studying in America in the academic year 2014-2015, a population increase for the 9th straight year.
What Others Are Saying About Collegians for Christ…
"Instead of seeing the student population as more traffic or longer lines in the store, our church now sees them as a mission field literally upon our door step.…Sometimes it takes someone else to point out what should be an obvious opportunity. Collegians for Christ is being used by the Lord to help our congregation and many other churches lift up their eyes and see!"
"These students have been some of the most faithful servants in our ministry. Watching God mature them in their walk and witness has strengthened us as a congregation. If you are contemplating a college outreach may I encourage you to contact Kyle. These students have added a new dimension to our church as we have seen their love for truth and righteousness develop."
The Vision of Collegians for Christ
Our vision is to see that each campus in America is reached by a local church in its area by establishing a Collegians for Christ registered student organization on the campus. We believe that this is the most effective means to reach the many students and faculty on each campus. Our ministry is to assist churches in establishing these ministries.
